Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When returning a product, you are responsible for ensuring that the package is sent correctly and successfully delivered to our return address. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping the proof of shipment until we have confirmed receipt of your return.
Our company cannot be held liable for returns that are lost, damaged, or fail to arrive, for example if they were sent without tracking or in unsuitable packaging.
Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Lingerie items for hygienic reasons
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and returned to your original payment method within 14 business days after the return has been inspected.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
